Vosper Horror story.I went to this store simply because I heard they stock Hypnos mattresses, and also since I was having poor sleep and back problems. I had tried Hypnos in a hotel and slept very well which is why I decided to give it a shot.I ended up trying one mattress and bed in the store which seemed fine at the time. I ended up ordering a Hypnos Origins (extra firm) and a box spring bed from them quoted at 8000 euros total (including wool topper and shipping).The lead time was 12 weeks and delayed. When the bed finally arrived, after 2 days sleeping on this particular mattress and bed, I noticed that it was way too soft and bouncy, causing lower back discomfort, and sleeping horribly. It's clearly a different configuration to what I tried. And given the high price, you would expect to sleep comfortably in the end.I requested a return after 2 nights trial and even offered to pay for the shipping!. Bottom line, John is refusing to accept my return. He has proposed reselling the units in their warehouse second hand and taking a commission on the sale, meaning I would need to wait weeks to get my money which I need to order another bed. And I would pay 1000 euros plus (shipping/commission).For such premium prices, you would expect customers to be treated the same.This is an absolute joke. And a misrepresentation of the Hypnos brand which unfortunately didn't work out for my needs.Avoid this scam.

Qualitätsorientiertes, höherpreisiges Geschäft, direkt neben dem Hans Otto Theater gelegen. Wer Spaß an schönen, aber nicht an billigen Dingen hat, ist hier richtig.
