1. Did not diagnose well the issue of my balcony door; the problem was only with the gear and not all the door mechanism.2. Did not investigate thoroughly for a solution with result to propose a change of one balcony door and two windows with cost more than 2000 euros instead of 45 euros which is the cost of a door gear.3. Insisted that the problem was as they said and not what I said (I am the potential client).4. I found the solution myself by investigating and communicating with the correct company, I send the relevant communication to Fritas which did not respond after that.5. When I contacted Freitas for my email with the solution they said that they could try to fix as I wanted it but it would cost me 400 euros.I stoped the communication after that.

Cette entreprise n'est pas sérieuse et ne respecte pas ses clients.L'entreprise a fait une erreur, elle devrait la corriger et payer pour son erreur, mais à la fin, elle a corrigé mais elle me présent une facture deux fois plus que le normal. Elle m’a volé sur cette facture parce que c’était son erreur. Et quand j’ai dit que j’allais faire une critique négative de l'entreprise, le gérant a pensé qu'il pouvait me menacer pour que je ne fasse pas la critique.Faites attention et demander toujours un devis et il faut aussi que nous contrôlent leur travail pas à pas sinon on reçoit une facture supplémentaire à la fin avec le double du montant normal pour payer.

Habe beweis vom händy und google nur zur info habe mich auch unterdruck gesetzt gefuehlt also bestimmt werde ich nicht mehr kunde sein und jetzt schluss damit
