1982-1984 im 4 Bettzimmer gewohnt. Miete 10,00 Mark. Eine tolle Zeit, mit super Stundenkeller.

Altes Gebäude, nicht so sauber, aber günstige Miete

There's no real reason to choose to live in this dorm, don't make the same mistake as me and choose to live here.It's loud (for me until like 2 in the morning nearly every night), cold, stinks of stale cigarettes, relatively far from everything relevant to students in Leipzig, and in a somewhat sketchy area to boot. My cable TV outlet doesn't work, the furniture included is shoddy quality (the bed is more or less broken), the windows are sort of broken and block absolutely 0 sound, the ventilation doesn't really work, my bathroom is moldy, and everything is quite dusty.The only thing this building has going for it, is that the student club Oase is pretty awesome, but aside from that living here has been a terrible experience. Don't make the same mistake as me, don't pick this dorm!

Grünau ist bekannt, also gehe ich da nich groß drauf ein.Super netter Hausmeister, Gute Zimmer, Toller Studentenkeller, ist auch billig. ;), sehr guter Mietpreis und auch Mietszeiten sind sehr flexibel beantragbar :)Gute Lage zur Studienakademie (20 min Fuß), und LIDL oder NETTO 10 min
