Worst airport transfer company I have ever booked.

Taxi bestellen und bezahlen ist nur mit einer Kreditkarte möglich, sonst keine Möglichkeit - kein PayPal, keine Barbezahlung. Service ist anders

Wir haben es in Istanbul genutzt wo Taxi fahren immer so eine Sache ist. Da kam es sehr gelegen online für einen Festpreis den Transfer zu buchen.Der Fahrer hat uns pünktlich vor unserer Haustür abgeholt. Das Auto war sogar größer als erwartet. Wir wurden zügig zum Flughafen gefahren und es gab keine unerwartete Zusatzkosten.Also alles einwandfrei!

Getting a taxsi on schonefeld is impossible. From terminal d, you have to carry your luggae through half of tbe airport, because taxis dont compromise their retarded system. And you get to pay 50 euros for the ride. What a deal.

Terrible. As I understand this is an agency that is looking for drivers for transfers all over the world. I suppose they don't even check the drivers beforehand. I received terrible service today. I ordered a meet&greet at the airport and PREMIUM class service. Before the flight the driver confirmed that he would meet me in the arrivals hall with a sign and will follow me the car. Butin fact I had to wait for him for 45 minutes until he finds me!!! ''He was circling around the terminal they told. Terrible incompetence... For suer I requested investigation and refund. If I could rate it lower

The only reason I didn't use this business is because they cancelled our airport transfer 2 hours prior to the trip - this was after confirming it the day before and providing us with the drivers name, number etc - which was lucky as I could not reach TALIXO via phone so contacted the driver - he was unaware of what had happened but our job was not on his list. When I eventually spoke to TALIXO they stated that the job had been cancelled due to a drop off address not being provided....which is untrue. I have emails detailing both flight and drop off information.It was provided when I made the booking ( and paid for it - if no drop off address how did they calculate fare ??) The drop off address was also provided along with flight number in a direct email to TALIXO - I resent them this email this am. Incompetent and unreliable. Their response sorry for inconvenience and contact the booking company for refund. Appalling customer service. Avoid this business.If I could give zero stars I certainly would.

I tried talixo for airport transfer in Istanbul and it was the worst transfer service I received ever!
