Worst organizational team I have ever experienced. We successfully booked a disc golf event for 20 people who travelled an hour to get there over email 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. On the day of the event we found no one to be present in the office to hand us over the discs and the office is closed for the whole day. Spoiled the whole event. Why would anyone want to visit Neuss again?

Die Tourist Information in der Stadt Neuss, ist sicherlich die richtige Adresse, wenn man als Tourist hier ankommt.Als wir hier waren, hatte die Tourist Information, leider die Eingangstüre verschlossen...es war wohl Mittags Pause...Doch links neben dem Eingang zur Tourist Information, war an der Wand, eine Vorrichtung wo Stadt Informationen für Touristen deponiert waren.Mit diesem Informations-Heft, haben wir auch eigenständig, viel von der Stadt zu sehen und erklärt bekommen.Gut dass es in fast jeder Deutschen Stadt eine Touristen Information gibt.
