Very gray, and unfortunately I got one of the rooms facing directly towards an office building so privacy and natural light were things I had to choose between everyday. Some nice staff, esp the ones managing facilities/mechanical stuff and cleaning.. they were kind. Overall the building felt sterile but at least they had free candy in the lobby.

The staff at this accommodation is incredibly friendly and helpful. They organize enjoyable social events that provide an opportunity to meet other residents. The location of the accommodation is also excellent, and the facilities are fully equipped. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Best student dorms I have ever stayed at!!! The prices are great, considering how perfect the rooms are. They have all the necessary furniture for a student. The bed was really really comfortable, it was soft and comforting. The toilet was like a throne, the second I sat on it I felt like the king of the castle. I quite honestly spent at least 5 hours a day in there, it was that comfortable. All in all I would recommend it to all my friends.

Ich dachte ich schildere auch mal kurz meine Erfahrungen vor 2 Jahren. Zimmer, Service und Haus sind alles gut. Jedoch haben es die Hausmeister geschafft, mir 500 Euro meiner Kaution für die kleinsten Probleme abzuziehen. Die kommen bei der WOhnungsübergabe zu zweit an und drängen dich quasi in eine Ecke. Rückblickend war das wenigste davon Rechtens, nur leider habe ich das Protokoll direkt unterschrieben und besitze keine Rechtsschutzversicher. Rate drigend davon ab!

Patrick was perfect house manager, my moving in and moving out process was very smooth with him. In addition to that, he helped about my questions in my tenancy period. Also I can recommend the Fizz to a people who comes to Berlin new, in terms of it is facilities and a great location.

Super Apartments mit weltbesten Leuten. Hier lebt man komfortabel und wenn es Probleme gibt, sind Patrick und Jens sofort da, um sie zu lösen.

Nettes und freundliches Personal, älteres Haus, aber das Personal holt alles raus was geht. Man merkt sie geben ihr bestes um das Haus gut zu führen. Tolle Teamarbeit, weil sich House Manager und Techniker super ergänzen.

Ich habe hier ungefähr 8 Monaten gewonnen. Sehr gute Erfahrungen: sehr gute Position für Verkehr, sauber und schön Raum, vielfältige Aktivitäten, freundlich Arbeiter. Ich würde gerne the fizz Berlin empfehlen!

I’ve had great memories at this place and it has truly been my home away from home for 3 years. The community is fantastic and I’ve made lifelong friends. The space is always clean and the house manager Patrick has always been helpful to me. Even during Covid everything was handled very well and the spaces were taken care of. Any house has its issues but whenever theres an issue here Patrick or Jens are always there to fix any problem.

The fizz is an amazing place. You have your own room, bathroom and kitchenette, but at the same time there are common areas and community events to meet a lot of new people. The position is great. Patrick, the house manager, is extremely nice and supportive. I would totally recommend living there!
