charlatan of a company brought a dell laptop adaptor from them only to find out it was faulty l have tried everything possible to get a refund by posting the item back to be told they do not provide a returns shipping label & it will be at my own cost .had the cheek to offer 25% back on a faulty item which is totally no good in the end l was willing to bite the bullet & pay for postage just needed to confirm return address & told them the situation l was in & so far l have heard nothing back becouse there based in germany & not the uk they think its ok to blatently rob customers so if you are considering purchasing from them in the uk through ebay uk think again !!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Habe schon öfter bei dieser Firma über eBay gekauft und war bisher immer zufrieden.
