My experience with Joseph Stiftung was very negative and I would not recommend that to any foreigner student (non-German speakers). I rented an apartment for 6 months on 2020. In the description of the online advertisment it was written that all the expenses were included. When I arrived in Germany I asked for an English version of the rent contract but the responsible person of Joseph Stiftung told me that this was not possible. Then he explained to me the contract, forgetting to mention that not all the expenses are included in the rent. I trusted him and I signed because I could not find any other accomodation that time. I was a very responsible tenant (paid my rent on time, did not cause any damage). In fact, I received my whole deposit back some months after the termination of the contract. Almost 1.5 years after the termination of my contract I received an email that I owe money to the foundation.

This is a small Care home for seniors located in the small village of Nufringen. I have a friend who works here and seems to be doing well. I have not yet heard any horror stories. The place is located near the town of Herenberg.

Applied three months ago and never heard anything from them. I am not sure if they even accept foreigners or non-Christians...Edit: I wish you were this quick to reply to your emails. I did contact you many times but nothing. I applied three months ago and I must be on some waiting list. How come there is still no free rooms or offers? Do none of the students leave this place?
