Gutes, relativ neues Wohnheim des Studierendenwerks. Super Anbindung an die U-Bahn, WLAN, Waschmaschinen, Balkon. Regelmäßige WG-Kontrollen, dementsprechend sauber.

One of the most modern dormitories you will find in Stuttgart. It's clean and spacy. The location is lovely too.

Wurde erst im Herbst 2016 gebaut, ist also noch relativ neu. Für 2 Studierende steht 1 Bad zur Verfügung, in einer WG sind immer 4 Studierende untergebracht.Man merkt aber ein wenig, dass kostengünstig gebaut wurde.

Общежитие новое, чистое. Месторасположение великолепное, рядом и остановка, и магазины, и центр. Даже в самый холодный день нельзя замёрзнуть - в комнате личный климат контроль. Очень похоже на обычную квартиру

Ist ziemlich neu gebaut und wohnlich. Die Verwaltung ist unfreundlich und es ist ein sehr häufiger Wechsel in den WG's

Perfekte Aufteilung der Zimmer und WG's

Apart from being one of the most recent student home in Stuttgart, they provide very little to no support. But if you decide to rent there, do expect your landlord to visit your apartment any time they want. Because the apartments are made of 4 bedrooms, they consider the kitchen and bathroom to be public areas, and as such, they will often surprise you by entering and giving you a surprise inspection. Except for that, don't count on their help. Laundry can only be used by buying and reloading a laundry card on the other side of the city. They closed two weeks for Christmas, but only told us they would close two days before. Broken elevators and broken gates have taken more than two months to be repaired. While the location is okay, not too distant from the town center, the landlords of the building are really rude and unwelcoming of foreign students. Although the facilities are much more recent than other Student Homes in Stuttgart, this was amongst my worst experiences of a student home.
