Chicago Nails 4 You

I called ahead to schedule an appointment, however the guy on the phone told me it wasn’t anything available and that I could come in the next morning between 10-12. So I did, but as soon as I got there they told me I needed an appointment or I would have to wait close to an hour… ( mind you I already drove 30mins just to get there since my sister recommended this nail salon ) I was extremely disappointed with how unprofessional they were and the way they talked to me. The one lady even said “ no you didn’t call , we’re busy “. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service and I simply left. It wouldn’t have Even been a big deal if she said “ I’m sorry we’re really busy right now, I’m not sure who you talked to but he must’ve given you the wrong Information.” But no they were very rude and I would not recommend going here.
