Ich verstehe, dass in der aktuellen Situation die Auslastung sehr hoch ist, jedoch sechs Stunden warten obwohl man über Stunden der einzige Patient im Wartezimmer ist? Ernsthaft!? Und dann bekommt man noch die „gut“ gelaunte Schwester mit, die 1. Leute die wegen möglichen Schmerzen oder Beschwerden kommen fragt weshalb sie jetzt um 0 Uhr kommen und sollten sie sich nicht vergrault haben, wird ihnen auf einer Art und Weise ihr Versichertenkarte abgenommen

Mit Schmerzen und Beschwerden wird mann Stunden lang ohne Informationen in einer Notaufnahme warten gelassen. Obwohl die Notaufnahme leer war. Nach 4 Stunden hat es mir gereicht und ich bin gegangen. Das war das letzte Mal das ich in diesem Krankenhaus war. Hier würde ich nie wieder hin gehen.

Waited 4.5hrs in the emergency room, asked when id be seen & the nurse said it would still be a long time, as they had only 2 doctors on staff, at the largest hospital in berlin. Hows this possible?Finally got to see the doctor after 5hrs. The doctor & the treatment were really nice. So, once you are actually seen its nice, but the reception staff are rude & the waiting can be long.

I know that no one there cares about the reviews or the patients. Someone told me a while ago “Never go to Charité unless you wanna die”. I was like… wow, he can be a real drama queen! But last night I went there. Big mistake, huge. After more than 5 hours of not being treated and not getting any answers about how long will it take to see a doctor, I left. I went to another hospital. Within an hour and a half, I already had the results of my blood tests, and after another 20 minutes had a CT with immediate diagnosis by a neurologist and radiologist. Half an hour later had a lumbar puncture, and I was treated! The staff cared! They showed interest. They explained. The board of this campus should be ashamed.

Sah steril aus.Mitarbeiterin mit einer fast Glatze ist sehr unfreundlich. Habe meinen Kumpel eingeliefert, nachdem er sich 2 Finger aufgeschnitten hat.Wollte nur wissen, was ich machen soll und wie lange ich warten muss.Dann wurde die Frau mit der Männerfrisur wieder extrem unfreundlich zu mir.Ist mir schon klar, dass eure Mitarbeiter tagtäglich mit extrem Situationen umgehen müssen und einiges leisten, aber die Frau am Empfang ist unter aller Würde und Menschenverstand.Grundsätzlich war die Notaufnahme sehr leer.

I am 4 months pregnant and arrived alone at the er suspecting a broken thumb. I should have guessed things would go wrong when the first thing the triage person said was that being pregnant and having a broken thumb has nothing to do with the other - although it is not true since I cannot have x-rays or take some painkillers. After 3 hours waiting, the staff either did not talk to me except only to say there was nothing they could do and that I was no priority just because of my pregnancy (!). So I guess it is ok to sit for 3 hours in pain and get hungry but it is too much to ask how much longer until the doctor could see me... By the way the answer was they had no idea and it could take even longer. NO emphaty at all. NO respect. Left the hospital in tears and still did not get any treatment

Worst hospital in this town. All the workers at emergency (I don't know if they are doctors or nurses, all wear blue vest) are impolite, unfriendly, lack of empathy and patience. I cried in pain because of hernia in my back low, and, as usual in Germany, they gave me ibuprofen and said don't cry

Yes, the waiting is terrible. No doubt.It's unclear want to do when you first enter the e.r... but after your done with the first step of the waiting room (6 hours, never less in my experience)... The inside of the e.r is totally different. The doctors are wonderful! The nurses are wonderful, even the c.t operator is wonderful.I had such a bad day, regarding my health but such a great experience with the determination of the doctors to make me feel like my health is their #1 mission.Super grateful.

I really don’t get the other bad reviews (perhaps it was because it was at night) but my experience with my son was very smooth plus the staff were super friendly who all spoke fluent English. The doctor who saw us explained everything in a very detailed manner.
