Ich habe heute meine zweite Uhr bei Ihnen gekauft.Die Uhren sind von sehr guter Qualität und Verarbeitung. Nette Mitarbeiter. Sie sind freundlich,: engagiert, kompetent und versuchen alle Wünsche des Kunden zu lösen. Die Lieferung ging auch ziemlich schnell.

Beware horrible experience!I ordered a watch from them and they were supposed to send it to me, I received a damaged package that I refused and UPS found that the package was empty!UPS tried to contact them but they hide behind their parcel broker and say that everything is ok for them, while I didn't receive anything.These people will do anything to get out of their responsibility and keep your money in case of problems.Be careful, dishonest company... and they sell luxury watches...my lawyer is going to take them to court their methods are unacceptable

I strongly recommend this store, i bought a watch from them and although it was damaged during the transportation they handled the situation in a very professionally way, they exceeded my expectations and made me a happy customer!
