Überhaupt nicht zufrieden... ich habe mein Amulet abgegeben weil es zerissen war damit man es repariert und die eine Seite wurde ersetzt allerdings nicht mit echtgold sondern einer vergoldeten Kette, ich bin so wütend und enttäuscht!

NOOOOO!!!UNRELIABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR SERVICE.1. ENGRAVING - wrong spelling. (Ok, it can happen.)2. ENGRAVING - different font style.I asked them to correct the wrong spelling. When I got the ring, it has the right spelling but wrong font style. Which means it doesn't match the other ring's font style anymore. (Seriously?)3. RINGS GOT ROBBED OR LOST?I gave them the rings for resizing lately and they said they're gonna call as soon as it's done. After one month of waiting, NO CALL, we went to their shop and they said that the rings were probably taken by the robber. (Hmmm... ok...).4. RING REPLACEMENT - forget it!They offer to replace the rings. They got our sizes and the photos of our rings. They said it'll be done by the following week and they're gonna call as soon as it's done. Guess what? NO CALL. So I kept following it up by calling them once a week (sometimes they do not even answer). After a month of waiting, no rings were delivered. (Did you even started making the rings?). We got the refund instead (atleast) and ordered our rings to a more reliable shop.The personnel said sorry but still I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop!!!

Habe am Donnerstag eine gebrauchte Uhr gekauft. Leider lief sie schon am nächsten Tag nicht mehr. Am Samstagmittag ging ich hin zum reklamieren. Es wurde mir sofort ein Tausch angeboten. Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht. DA das Armband der neuen Uhr etwas eng war, bot mir der Verkäufer an, ein neues Glied fürs Armband zu bestellen. Also hier gehe ich gerne wieder einkaufen
