Alles verlief wie immer sehr gut. Beste Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und helfen/beraten bei allen Fragen. Dieses Mal hat mich David bei der Abholung bedient. Er hat nochmal bewiesen, dass bei Enterprise am Flughafen München professionelle Arbeiter sind

Hello Alamo / Enterprise Team,I would like to give you feedback on my recent few rentals with your Company.The first experience was on 6th July 2023 when my booking with Rental Cars was cancelled for some unknown reason. I was already at the airport and Mrs Jessica helped find a car to get me to my daughter's Graduation. I had no reservation and the cars were all booked, I was helped in this emergency and a solution was found.Customer service that is unparalleled and Really great. Big Thanks to Jessica for going above and beyond to help a customer. Thanks again to your staff that is doing a wonderful job.Second Experience 21st July 2023This time i had a reservation and yet Mrs Jessica made the entire experience a pleasure. I was on my way in 5 mins with my booked car.. Such service not only makes the customer experience great but is a compliment to your company values.Drop off was also the easiest i have experienced in a long time thanks to Mr Obelix at the drop off zone.The service of your staff is very professional and commendable. You have a wonderful fleet of cars. Thanks again to you and your wonderful staff.

I had a great experience here. I booked with the app and pick up was smooth and quick. No hassles. (As a non German speaker it was really appreciated that the staff spoke great English). Car return was super quick and efficient.

We rented for 6 days for a trip around Bavaria.Andy was the rental agent and handled our car rental process very professionally and was was helpful.We decided to take out the extra insurance but don't recall being told that the amount agreed was without tax.We didn't ask for a second driver as it wasn't essential but Andy offered this as complimentary and just in case we needed it for peace of mind. We didn't need it but it was nice to have just in case.The car was excellent. Very new and easy to drive.On return it was a real bonus that a member of staff was there as we didnt see representatives of other companies in the return area.Tom was very nice and I think it is a great idea to have a member of staff there. We could clarify the final bill and make sure everything was correct. We were, at this point, informed of the additional tax on the extra insurance and that we had been charged for a 2nd driver. This was all easily resolved with Tom. Fantastic.Great, can't recommend enough.

WARNING!! CHECK THE BABY CHAIR YOU GET THOROUGHLY! I rented a car with a baby seat from Munich for a week at the end of April to spend a week in Austria, the first night we decided to wash the car seat cover, which was very dirty. When removing it, it turned out that the car seat is in half.We immediately contacted the rental company and the answer was to go to the nearest store and buy a new one and send us an invoice that they will reimburse. I returned the car and a broken and new car seat on May 2nd.Of course, what is not, despite repeated letters, is compensation.Now they don't even answer letters anymore.WARNING!! CHECK THE CHAIR YOU GET THOROUGHLY!IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR CHILD BECAUSE THE RENTAL COMPANY IS ARROGANT AND CARELESS!!

Fast service at pick up! Thanks to Yannick for great service and smiles.We got car with not described damage and with not working usb connector. Not possible to connect you phone to multimedia and charge phone when you driving.Update review: we return car at Cologne-Bonn airport at 15:26 15.04.2023 was no one representative of enterprise at return location. We park car at designated Enterprise parking and put keys at key drop box. I put parking talon with time of return at dashboard. But at invoice return time 7:00 16.04.2023 + one extra day and extra charge!!!This is very not fair and not acceptable for honest business.I’m still not got refund.New update:I got refund for extra day charge €52, but got damage report for windshield damage after 2 weeks of refund car!! Also we got car with damage on windshield! And enterprise charge me 650€ for damage that already described at pick up list!!!Beware !!! This company is fraudulent!!!Not recommended to anyone!!! 0 star!!!Worst experience ever after 20 years of renting car.Update: After 2 weeks cancelled damage charge of 650 euro. I spend tons of phone calls and email.

We arrived at 9.30pm from a delayed flight with 2 tired kids at the Enterprise desk at Munich airport, we were greeted by the most kind, professional, time efficient gentleman, Ertu. He upgraded our car for free when he saw how much luggage we had, gave us details/information on email/telephone if any problems during our rental period. Just a great guy, we were packed up and in our car within 15/20 mins, we had a 5 door seat, only 4000miles on the clock. Drove like a dream.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would recommend Enterprise to anyone.

Super schneller und seriöser Service. Das Team am Flughafen ist echt Top! Das war jetzt schon meine vierte Miete innerhalb kürzester Zeit und preislich lässt sich da auch nichts toppen!

I had quite a quick and easy experience. I have rented twice from this center and Christian, Leo, and Obelix were very helpful at the counter as well as on returning the vehicle. They were easy going and explained things to me well. Obelix was very friendly and kind when asking questions about my journey. You really need such kind employees to make your business work. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Enterprise employees at the branches within the city.

I expected to get a Ford Kuga, but I got Volkswagen Passat Variant. And it was upgrade. the car has only 900 km mileage, which means it is a brand new car. I was satisfied. Usually, I use this rental car company and can recommend it!
