Terrible service. I have never felt so unwelcome before when wanting to spend hundreds of Euros. The salesman was condescending and rude. Selection was sub par for a store with the reputation of being one of the best cigar stores in Munich.

Very poor customer experience. The salesman was rude I immediately felt unwelcome = why I have to spend my money here? A few mins walk and you can reach at least three excellent cigars shops with skilled staff always ready to help, explain and guide you in your selection. Cigar is about enjoyment and savoring the moment, including picking and buying it.

Ask for Roberto. He won't steer you wrong. Great selection Cuban cigars. If you are looking for specialty cigars, this is not the place. Strictly Cubans. They also have rim, cognac, and a really good and friendly attitude. Highly recommended

Not allowed to take pictures when you buy for friends.Not allowed to browsing cigars‘ room.Don’t know the reason for to open the store if the stuff is too good to show customer a good attitude

There was not much stock, but I tried to get as much as possible out of the Cuban shop helper who was rationing me (no full boxes allowed). He was a bit too serious for my taste, and frankly with the bill I racked at the end he should have given out better promo or merchandise on the house than just 2 match boxes! Nice shop, but dry humidor, which isn't their fault really. They have house blends and stuff like that too, and there is no sampling area allowed for customers although I could distinctly smell someone puffing away behind a screen to the back. It was a funny visit actually :))

When it comes to Cuban cigars or rarities, this shop is the only address in Munich. The atmosphere and its decor is just great. You get the best advice either directly from Mr. Schum or his nice colleagues. I always get delicious sticks that I haven't yet puffed and I'm glad that there is such a nice shop here in Munich.

Definitiv ein Ort an den es sich lohnt vorbei zu schauen wenn man ein aficionado kubanischer Zigarren ist. Sehr große Auswahl über ein breites Spektrum und kompetente Beratung wenn man mal auf der Suche nach etwas Neuem ist. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Exzellente Auswahl, exzellente Qualität. Selbst gewisse Zigarren, die schon überall sonst vergriffen zu seinen scheinen - sowohl offline als auch online; Corona plagt leider auch die Lieferketten aus Kuba - waren in dem gut sortierten und reich gefüllten Humidor zu finden.
