It was one of my worse experience working with this company. very unprofessional, their agent treat us super bad in this current situation of Coorona. She met us in person two weeks ago, we sent her all our documents, our new work in Düsseldorf started in 2 weeks and we were under time pressure to make contract. The asked two month of rent without energy cost as Provision money and we accept it. she said all documents are fine and we can come to visit apartment on Tuesday. We drove 400 km and thought if we like this Apartment we can make contract. As she knows about distance and time pressure. After our visit we said directly we want it and previously she said we are the first person who visit there. Unfortunately she said the apartment is reserved( we were shocked as it was against what she said after 400 km driving). She said we should 5 days to see if first person will cancel it or not. she put all my family in such a horrible and stressful situation. Hopefully I find another apartment yesterday without any external Fee. Please if you are under any time pressure do not trust them. unfortunately you are still not accepting your ignorance.
