Overall great experience with my first visit to American Dentistry. Thanks!

Wife and I made appointments for teeth cleanings. The wife wnet first and was very unhappy with the cleaning, saying they only spent 2 minutes cleaning one or two spots on her teeth, not all the teeth. Cost 200 euro and although my insurace pays, we wasted a cleaning for this year!! Don't recommend this place.

Throwaway account for anonymity, sorry.They charged 50% more than previously stated, and we’re attempting to force services that weren’t required for PCS documentation (confirmed by on base clinic). They emphasized it in an odd way, an it seemed like a cash grab. On top of that, scheduling was a nightmare and they got my appointment wrong twice and have had to reschedule me. Awful experience

I have a fear of going to the dentist. I thought I would have it here and at first I did but the staff made me feel comfortable. It was the most wonderful experience here. Walking in the staff at the front desk is very nice. The wait was not long and the staff in the back offices were incredible. I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley, Selina, Megan, and Dr. Fitz. They made the visit well and my fear was gone. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and I will definitely come back.

My wife was a client to this office for 2 years, for this whole time, she had MULTIPLE work done on one tooth.We have spent an insane amount of time and money on multiple root canals, and a crown.She had to go to another dentist office to get their terrible work fixed. The same office found 4 untreated cavities (that were said to be fractures by one of the dentist there.) including on the tooth that received multiple root canals and treatment.I have been asking the office to issue her a refund for the crown (which we had to pay 50% out of pocket for) so we could get a crown replacement.They asked me to come in for a refund, told me it didn’t process, then told me to send them an IBAN and still found different excuses not to send me my money back, as they know I’m almost out of the country and won’t be able to show up to their office for too long anymore.This is absolutely unacceptable, and only one of the multiple shady business practices that they participate in, including giving their clients whitening kits in exchange for positive reviews.

We can’t speak highly enough about American Dentistry. We had a positive experience from the moment we walked in (and even before when I called to ask about parking, which was easy!) They made it so fun for my toddler and she keeps talking about it; they even helped care for my baby as I was getting my teeth cleaned. Grateful to have a good dentist to go to overseas.

Simply said, they do not value their customers. I was told that if I didn't confirm my appointment, it would be canceled. It was a busy week for me and my thoughts were that made it easy for me where I didn't have to spend the effort to cancel. But come 3 days before the appointment, I decided the proper thing to do was to call to cancel to get on the same page, but their phone lines were busy all day and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to cancel. They charged me a appointment no show and when I explained what happened, they still decided to uphold their policy. Needless to say, I cannot in good faith continue to be a customer with their unwillingness to understand the situation and provide some tolerance. They don't value their customers.Additionally, I was quote for a very extensive procedure which I got a second opinion on, and I was told by the second dentist that American Dentistry were charging for things that were unnecessary.

Yesterday was my second time here, because the first time they had a broken x-ray machine. I arrived early to my appointment, and they got me in immediately. I had an x-ray taken of a bad filling, then they numbed me up and got to work in replacing it! I was in and out in an hour. They were very nice and personable, and the work was good. I definitely recommend them.

What a joke this clinic is!!!!If you want to waste your valuable time and money, go here.I had a gold inlay fall out 3 weeks ago. Went in and paid 190 euros to get it recemented, which lasted only one hour. During the treatment, she was chit-chatting with her assistant and asking each other another patient's appointment for that day.I called to tell them what had happened and they said come back in a week.I went back knowing maybe it wouldn't work and maybe I would have to get a new inlay made or a crown, but the dentist said the old one fit perfectly and she would just use the strongest glue to recement it again and it should work.It lasted 10 days this time!They said no refund whatsoever but a 88 euro discount on a $1500 crown!I called a different English-speaking dentist in Landstuhl and their prices are a fraction, and with much better positive reviews!I wasted 190 euros and so much time, but whoever reads this shouldn't!
