Sehr kompetente Therapeuten und freundliches Anmeldungsteam, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und meine Beschwerden sind viel weniger geworden... Werde weiterhin mich behandeln lassen

Wie so oft, Empfangsmitarbeiterin total unfreundlich und unflexibel. Hier wird vergessen, der Patient zahlt die Krankenkasse und die Krankenkasse zahlt die Physiotherapie! Die Therapeuten sind sehr gut, daher abwägen…Auch eine Empfangskraft will sich mal durchsetzen lol

I totally disagree with the fact that they ask you to pay €680 for 10 physiotherapy sessions before even starting, when it says on the invoice that I have 2 weeks to pay their bank account. On the phone they had said 10 sessions €600 then there they said €680 and I had brought €600 as they told me, so they canceled 2 sessions because I didn't have 680€, when I then asked why I couldn't receive the invoice at home and pay within the two weeks they said no, I had to pay at the moment. ridiculous!
