Thanks for a wonderful vacation! This is the perfect place to stay. This house is very comfortable and cozy! And just 7 minutes from the old town, but to be honest, sometimes you don’t even want to go for a walk, but just stay in this house!!!!! But it's very cool that almost all the most interesting sights are nearby!!

Gregors Bungalow Casa Carl" ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Mitten in der Stadt gelegen und doch absolut ruhig mit viel Grün rundherum heißt dich dieses großzügige Feriendomizil herzlich willkommen. Ein echtes Kleinod

This is the most sensational place. Very quiet and secluded at the banks of the Donau. In walking distance (scenic walk) to great restaurants. It is a massive open space living room and superbly appointed kitchen area with a cooking/breakfast island and huge dining area. Bedrooms are very comfortable and well appointed bathroom and toilet/laundry rooms. Very secure and exceptional service from the host.

Wonderful place. Here is a smart combination of ethnic and new. Before you start unpacking your suitcases, you will look at all the small things in the house that will either interest you in the modern or immerse you in thoughts about the past. The same as the town of Ulm itself ( modern and old). Very cozy, comfortable and interesting house, 5 mim walk from the most buetifull area of the towm. You will wish to come here again and again.Georg and Birgir are amazing people. ❤

Das riesige Appartement oder besser gesagt Haus, war für uns richtig, richtig schön. Viel besser als wir erwartet hätten. Wir wussten natürlich schon, dass es schön wird aufgrund der Bewertungen und Bilder. Aber, dass man sich auf Anhieb so schnell wohl und heimisch fühlt, hatten wir nicht erwartet.Definitiv hat diese liebevolle und komplett eingerichtete Unterkunft 5/5 Sterne verdient.Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Alleine schon die Lage, direkt an der Donau in 1. Reihe. Man kommt zu Fuss innerhalb weniger Gehminuten (10min) in die Altstadt von Ulm oder auch in den Stadtkern von Neu-Ulm. Eine bessere Lage kann man nicht bekommen.Perfekt!
