There are moments in time, that everything comes together. Our ZENKICHI experience brought everything together. Their private and secluded 'pop-up' restaurant is serene, the service is something you don't see in Western-Europe and the food, the food is phenomenal, you can taste the love and care that has been put in creating these one of a kind flavors.Accompanied by a Sake tasting - who knows Sake could be more promising than wine - you are in for a dining experience you'll only experience a few times in your life. Just wait till you taste that cable cod.Besides that our evening had a spectacular finale - which could only be this great because of the lovely people of ZENKICHI. A very special memory, thank you again.

Fantastisches Essen. Traditionell Japanisch und dabei sehr modern interpretiert. Man sitzt in Séparées und bleibt so unter sich. Schön für ein romantisches Dinner zu Zweit oder aber auch in kleinen Gruppen. Ich empfehle unbedingt ein paar verschiedene Sake zu probieren. Die Auswahl ist sehr gut. Der Service ist typisch Japanisch, also zuvorkommend, sehr höflich und zurückhaltend. Die Preise entsprechen der gebotenen Qualität.

Very authentic japanese Omakase menu. Would 100% come back. The sake pairing went really well with the food (and we dont consider ourselves Sake people) and they were all really delicious.The food was excellent and overall great experience. The staff was really friendly and the interior is beautiful. It’s also a perfect setting for dinner with friends in current corona times because all the tables are within separated booths.

Perfect experience. Private dining rooms feom small to big options. Excellent service. Altough rhe place focuses on non-sushi japanese dishes I loved their sashimi plate. The fish were the best raw fish I had in Berlin. Definitely will visit again. Best Japanese so far in Berlin. Sake options were also very wide and well selected. And we were also very happy with the sake.

A very authentic and tasteful experience. All around exactly how I would imagine fine dining in Japan would feel and taste like, from the extremely polite and helpful service to the fresh and silky tastes of sashimi and wagyu.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen?Vorweg: Wir hatten das 7 Gang Signature MenüEssen: Geschmacklich unglaublich lecker und und abwechslungsreich. definitiv etwas, was nicht der 0815 Lieferando Standard ist. Teilweise ist uns der Geschmack nach 2 Wochen immer noch präsent.Bedienung: sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Ich glaube für 7 Tische waren insgesamt 4 oder 5 Kellnerinnen anwesende.Ambiente: Jeder Tisch hat seinen eigenen kleinen Bereich, der durch Halb durchsichtige Aufsteller von den anderen Tischen getrennt ist. Ansonsten ist das Ambiente rundum stimmig und angenehm und gemütlich.Fazit:Wer kulinarische ein wenig auf Reisen gehen möchte (und bereit ist, dafür zu zahlen (169€ für 7 Gänge)), der ist im Zenkichi perfekt aufgehoben. Und war es das wert und wir werden jetzt auf jeden Fall regelmäßig vorbei schauen.Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, das Restaurant ist relativ schlecht zu finden, da es nirgends ausgeschildert ist und man im Gebäude suchen muss.

Maybe the best japanisch food I've ever had. Without a doubt. Tasting 10 different fish was quite incredible. Different cooked method and preparations. You dont have enough. It was an amazing experience and service was very qualified, polite and friendly ( as most japanish). Totally recommended

Zenkichi might have become my favorite restaurant in the world. It was so amazing! The smells walking in were pleasant, I was seated in a private booth with a screen, and the food was delectable.Definitely go if you enjoy Japanese cuisine.
