When you are at JRMC Hohenfels and you need a break from the DFAC, enter Greller Kantine. My only regret is I didn't discover it sooner. It's not a far walk and they do delivery so I highly recommend. I've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and have never had a bad meal. Prices are better than the food trucks at JMRC too. So if you have the time treat yourself. It's only a 10 minute-ish walk for a sit down meal that I guarantee is better than DFAC and cheaper than the food trucks.

Achtung!Die Kantine liegt auf dem Gelände der U. S. Army und kann nur von Personen genutzt werden die Zugang zu diesem haben.+ Preis/Leistung ist ok.+ Auswahl an Gerichten limitiert aber ausreichend.+ Zahlung in Euro oder U. S. Dollar.- Geschwindigkeit lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig.- Einrichtung sehr spartanisch.——ATTENTION!The canteen is located on the US Army premises and can only be used by persons who have access to it.+ Value for money is ok.+ Selection of dishes limited but sufficient.+ Payment in Euros or U.S. Dollars.- Speed ​​sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.- Design very boring.

Great place to go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This restaurant has a large variety of traditional German food and traditional German breakfast.You do not need a DoD ID card to eat here. There is a bathroom in the premises.
