While we have used this shop before, we will not use it or recommend it to anyone else. When we were requesting to stop our internet service, we followed all of the directions given, via email and What's App, because their parking lot was so full it was impossible to get in to do so in-person. When we brought the box back to the shop because we had not gotten any other directions, I was told that I didn't send the email, when I clearly had 22 days before. He wouldn't acknowledge that any error occured on their part. Due to this, we will have to pay for 10 days of service that we clearly will not be able to use. The man was confrontational and rude. Others have also had similar complaints.

I have had my Internet with the company , through Vodafone - for the last 4 years. Just recently , Sascha helped make sure I got a lower monthly payment. Walked me through the whole process and made it all very easy. Highly recommend this place for WiFi ! Great customer service and can easily communicate through WhatsApp and Email.

Stay away from this establishment, absolute terrible customer service. They never answer their phone or reply to emails. I cancelled my internet service through them and I’m still getting bills months after moving. Do yourself a favor and prevent headaches and hassles, don’t do business with this establishment.
