Incredible bad service. 440 Franks for a 1 cm dent which already was there, but not seen by us. Absolutely no sympathy by the woman behind the desk. Terrible, never again

Great customer service!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Counter is in the airport, very convenient. The car was a short walk from the terminal (3 minutes).

Do not use avoid!! Staff are so rude, you will get yelled at by there staff, LOT OF EXTRA HIDDEN COSTS!!

Worst service ever!!!I rent a car for 3 days and after the return I was charged additional 80EUR because the fuel tank was empty, according to the employee.I got in contact several times with the agency to explain the situation, providing pictures of the fuel receipts + extract of my card transactions showing the paymentsSummary:NO evidences provided to justify the invoiceNO written answer after more than one weekNO customer service available, except the number of the agencyAfter other callings I was told by the agency manager that the fuel was not empty but they found 5lt missing, and they refunded me 30EUR only.If you really paid 50EUR for 5lt of gasoline, there are only two possibilities:- You put Bordeaux wine in the tank instead of fuel- You got fooled by the fuel stationIf this is your standard, you’re not going to have any other visits from me.TO ALL OTHER UNLUCKY CUSTOMERS: you’d better make a video of the fuel tank at the arrival and keep the fuel receipts with you!

ACHTUNG! Nie wieder diesen Vermieter! Im Voraus bezahlter Mietwagen wurde mir nicht ausgehändigt! Angeblich prepaid Kreditkarte, STIMMT NICHT. Ich habe eine ganz normale Kreditkarte, andere Karten wollte der Herr auf einmal auch nicht. Danke nochmal dafür!
