I highly recommend Dr Charles and his whole team for any dental concerns. I did invisalign with them and they have taken very good care of my teeth and myself. I was always comfortable and any concerns I had were always addressed. The team are very friendly and Dr Charles and Tamara took great care of me through my Invisalign journey. My teeth and bite have changed dramatically and this would not have been possible without them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Smith in Heidelberg, Germany, is a hidden gem for dental care. Since my husband and I moved to Germany, we had been searching for a good dentist before we found Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith and his staff provided a friendly atmosphere which helps when going to the dentist. As to the services, by far, great cleaning (the cleaning specialist did a fantastic job which I have to say was the best cleaning I’ve had so far, even compared to experiences from the U.S.) and meticulous dental treatment. At the last visit, for fillings, the procedure was painless. We find the attention to our dental needs is thorough and informative.Dr. Smith demonstrated to us why his office is highly rated by patients and showed us they not only want our business, but that they have great a patient-centric service and they seemed to make the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable. We have been pleasantly surprised and after two visits we are happy with our new dentist. Simply, we look forward to our next dental visit.

From the moment I walked into his office, Dr. Smith took time to give me the best advice and treatment plan for the longevity and care of my teeth and jaw. Ich habe vor kurzem meine CMD-Behandlung bei Dr. Smith abgeschlossen und möchte hier meine positive Erfahrung gerne schildern.Vor meiner Behandlung bei Dr. Smith war ich bei mehreren CMD Spezialisten bei denen die Behandlung einfach keine Wirkung gezeigt hat oder sogar die Schienenbehandlung meine Symptome verschlimmert haben. Nach einer langen Recherche bin ich dann auf die Praxis von Dr. Smith gekommen und auf seiner Webseite konnte man sich im voraus bestens informieren wie die CMD-Therapie bei ihm aussieht.Bei meinem ersten Termin hat er sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und meine Zähne und den Biss ausgiebig untersucht und mir vorgeschlagen mit einer neuromuskulären Schienenbehandlung anzufangen. Dabei wird mit elektronischen Messungen an den wichtigen Muskeln der Kau und Nackenmuskulatur direkt gemessen um sicherzustellen das die richtige Bisslage ermittelt werden kann.Diese Schiene habe ich mehrere Jahre getragen und diese wurde auch mehrfach vom Doktor eingeschliffen, damit sind meine langjährigen Symptome wie Spannungskopfschmerzen, Migräne, Hals Nackenbeschwerden und der Schwindel komplett verschwunden. Dies hat mir wieder meine Lebensqualität wieder zurückgegeben.Als letztes habe ich mich dann dafür entschieden den Schienenbiss mit Hilfe von Kronen und Tabletops auf den Unterkieferzähnen permanent umsetzen zu lassen. Dies hat auch ohne Probleme geklappt und ich bin mit dem Endresultat sehr zufrieden.Ich möchte mich bei Herrn Dr. Smith und dem ganzen Praxispersonal ganz herzlich bedanken und kann nur meine absolute Empfehlung für diese Praxis aussprechen.

Ich kam 2018 zu Dr. Smith, nachdem ich viele Jahre unter starken Spannungskopfschmerzen wegen CMD litt. Schon mit den ersten Behandlungsschritten verbesserten sich meine Symptome! We had a great experience working with Dr. Smith. He did an upper lip and tongue tie release on our 8mo old and was beyond knowledgeable and so amazing. He was supportive of our baby, my spouse, and I. He answered all questions and was extremely clear that he’s going to be here for us during the recovery process as well! The overall care made a tough day very manageable. It was very easy to communicate in English as well!
