It's always awesome to practice Capoeira with this groupe of interested people. Capoeira is a complete art that mixes fight with danse, musical instruments and singing. Senzala is the first true capoeira group created in the 60's by a group of youngsters with no master that became one of the greatest and influential Capoeia groups in thé world. Many masters participated in their history and them in theirs which makes up for a open minded Capoeira where everyone can express themselves and feel great.

Amazing Master and group. I had the opportunity to train there several times, capoeira is really a complete fight that permit to move all the body and also develop mental capacity, reactivity. Everybody can practice!!!
