You guys had a blasting idea to create this service. There were no more luggage boxes at the Munich Central Train Station and would have been really hard to walk around with two big suitcases. This is how I found Bounce Luggage 5 minutes away from the Train Station. The girl there was speaking at least 3 languages (German, English, Greek). She was really kind and patient with us. The luggage storage and the building itself was not so intuitive (being in a coffee shop storage room) BUT WHO CARES? After I dropped my language I visited with my family some wonderful places in Munich. The pickup was straight forward: we showed booking and the languages picture and that was all (after 6 hours the shiftchanged at the coffee shop and I didn't findthe same girl that checked in my languages). All in all, I totally recommend this service.

Soweit alles gut gelaufen. Haben uns nur gewundert, dass man in diesem Shop nur in Englisch bedient wurde. Was jetzt für uns kein Problem war. Aber für den ein oder anderen denke ich schon.Ein klein wenig Zeit muss man mitbringen für die Bearbeitung.Und den Koffer eine Treppe herunter tragen. Ansonsten alles prima und freundlich.

Business was mapped correctly. Experience worked just by purchasing online and showing the the reservation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Train station lockers were packed with so many broken. We wanted a few hours to explore and this option massively helped! You take a photo of your luggage to confirm identity.

Le service est intéressant, le lieu pas facile à trouver on y arrive mais avec l'application Google map.Nous aurions aimé que les bagages nous soient remis sans que nous ayons,nous même, du aller les chercher à la cave avec des escaliers .

Pluspunkte sind die Nähe zum Bahnhof und dass man sicher sein kann, eine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für das Gepäck zu haben, zumal die Schließfächer im Bahnhof oft besetzt oder kaputt sind.

200m from the Main station. Easy to find. It is at Bird Bar Munich. Scan the QR Post Office Code in the window. Takes 1 min to pay and then drop off your luggage of any size.
