Leider nur zwei Sterne.Ich bin Stammkunde bei Europcar, aber bei dieser Anmietung sehr enttäuscht.Gebucht war ein Audi A3 2.0 TDI.Ich bekam auch das bestellte Auto, und es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht.Gebucht hatte ich für eine Woche.Als ich aber aus persönlichen Gründen schon nach zwei Tagen wieder nach Hause fliegen musste, meinte der Herr am Schalter, das ich kein Geld zurück bekommen würde.Zuvor hatte der Mann gesagt das er weder Deutsch noch Englisch könne, als ich jedoch sehr wütend wurde, sprach er auf einmal fließend Deutsch (?!).Ich bin tief enttäuscht, und werde nie wieder bei EUROPCAR in Luxemburg mieten.

I rented a car from Europcar Luxembourg Findel Airport in June and I want to share my positive experience with this company. I booked on Internet a VW Polo car and I received at the office a Jaguar, almost new (8000 km), so it does not make sense to give details about the technical condition of the car. The pickup was very fast, in a few minutes I got the keys of the car. For return I left the keys in a dropbox. After a few days I got the refund on the card for the amount blocked at pickup.

I did not like the fact that they tried to charge me an extra day just to return the car a few hours later within the same day. They changed our car 3 times.... It seems this company has serious organization problems and probably they just care about making money. On the other hand, number of staff is insufficient which creates lines and tension for them. I witnessed Spanish people from Madrid unfairly yelling at the woman in the counter because they thought I was cutting line while returning the keys.

Entgegen wie bei allen anderen Mietwagenanbietern wird hier minutengenau abgerechnet.So weit so gut, aber dann sollte das Auto auch auf die Minute genau ausgeben werden.......

J’ai louer plusieurs fois chez eux . J’ai était très mal reçu . J’ai eu un décès dans ma famille.Je l’ai prévenu que j’étais à 1500km donc je ne pouvais pas ramener la voiture lejours même mais le lendemain il m’ont fait sauter ma franchise . Alors que le véhicule était dans un état irréprochable. Je ne vous conseil pas du tout cette agence . Un manque d’humanité et de professionnalisme. Et la courtoisie chez eux est à revoir .

Ich habe die Nacht im Hotel verbracht da Europcar den Schlüssel beim Parkschalter nicht hinterlegt hat. Das Hotel habe ich selbst gezahlt.Der Besitzer sagte mir die Buchung hätte online nicht bestätigt werden dürfen und hat mir ein Upgrade fürs nächste mal angeboten.Ich habe nach 15 Tagen die Kosten des Mietwagens zurückbekommen.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! The car and service were great. When returning the vehicle, one must return to the parking garage. Signage was limited (or I didn't see it).

Accueil déplorable, l’hôtesse est limite impolie, véhicule nettoyé à la hâte, bref un professionnalisme à revoir.
