Ramstein Northside Fitness Center
The gym is good. But they recently closed 24/7 access. I really seems like they hate having 24/7 access and deliberately trying to close it down. The regular hours are ridiculous- it is not possible to make it there after work(closes at 1800) also it is extremely packed at this time, as you would expect.

Fantastic gym with everything you could possibly need. The only downside is that it can get stifling hot, but most buildings in Germany don't have A/C.

Nice gym, but it's way too crowded with people socializing and hogging up weights and equipment. I now go to a gym off base.

As far as USAF gyms go, this one is really good.Awesome staff, decent equipment, open floor plan.Morning and afternoons are bonkers but all other times are really open.While the main section is pretty great, There are numerous other rooms you can work out in too.Locker rooms are ok and supposed to be upgraded soon, which is good because the showers are the black spot on an otherwise great gym.It can be very hot in the summers.They offer personal training and allegedly offer massage. I say allegedly because I tried to make an appointment but never heard back. They must have too much business to worry about new clients.

Definitely a good spot to get a great workout in! Good variety of equipment and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Great gym. A bit overcrowded on the machines, but there's nothing they don't have. Raquet court, parent gym with area for kids. Sauna is available as well, and to top it off, the staff is always super friendly.

Great gym. The North Side gym can get significantly more crowded than the south one, but both are equally good. The North gym is about a 5 minutes run to the trail system which is a great place to jog on Ramstein.

There is a good selection of equipment to work with. Make sure you avoid the peak hours.
