You are sending your team to the supermarket (rewe Bockenheimer Warte, 9:40, 18.3.) to buy all available Tchibo mild coffees appr. 20 packs!!!! In my opinion: A company with such poor morals should be avoided.I find this practice to be extremely selfish especially when businesses can order bulk online or from b2b suppliers.#coronashame

Toefl Test war eine Katastrophe. Man konnte akustisch nichts verstehen, weil die Nachbarn in ihr Mikro sprechen und ihre Kopfhörer undicht sind. Das personal gibt einem schlechte Stifte und zwei Blatt Papier und man sitzt in einem dunklen stinkenden Keller. Absolut keine guten Rahmenbedingungen, um einen guten TOEFL zu schreiben.

Meine Mutter hat ein kurs gemacht und konnte kein wort danach reden und sie sagte das Personal ist Sehr unfreundlich (NICHT WEITERZUEMPFEHLEN)

Selbsttest online und persönlich. Freundliches Personal am Empfang sowie gute und nette Sprachtrainer. Individuelle Kurse anhand der eigenen Kenntnisse möglich.

Völlig inkompetent. Hauptsache man belegt einen Kurs und bezahlt. Die Beratung, ob der Kurs meinen Anforderungen genügte, erscheint willkürlich erfolgt zu sein. Jetzt wird mein Zertifikat nicht anerkannt - 400€ in den Wind ges....So wie die MA die Firma auf kununu bewerten, bewerte ich die MA...da passt die Innen und die Aussenansicht!

I had initially chosen a language tutoring institution with the expectation of convenient transportation and the opportunity to learn German. However, the entire experience turned out to be extremely unpleasant. Firstly, the teachers displayed a lack of professionalism, as they had a pronounced accent and were neither native German speakers nor language experts. They had merely resided in Germany for a little over a decade. Moreover, the teachers relied solely on reading directly from the textbook, often needing to refer to the answers, which offered no room for expansion or in-depth learning. Additionally, the teachers were incapable of remembering the names of the students, even after just two classes, despite the small class size. This lack of personal attention and recognition was highly unfriendly towards German language learners.I have heard rumors that this institution offers varying compensation to different teachers, which might explain their lack of motivation to find competent instructors. However, the fees for group classes remain fixed, making this practice even more unreasonable.After completing the first class, I promptly voiced my concerns to the institution. Unfortunately, their response was highly unsatisfactory. They informed me that it would take one to two months to find a new teacher, with no guarantee of improved teaching quality. This level of service did not align with the professionalism one would expect from an institution claiming expertise in language education.Considering the option of withdrawing from the course, the institution suddenly claimed that I had not registered online or signed a contract, thereby implying that I had no right to request a refund. However, throughout my extended email correspondence with the institution's sales representative, there was no mention or reminder about the necessity of online registration. Furthermore, even the bill I received did not indicate the requirement for online registration. This sudden denial of my request was highly unreasonable and reflected a lack of professionalism in their procedures.After further discussions, the institution reluctantly agreed to process a refund but insisted on deducting material fees. While I can understand and accept this deduction, it is extremely difficult to comprehend their decision to also deduct the fees for the two classes that were completely unsatisfactory. These two classes were highly dissatisfying, and it was the institution's requirement for me to attend the second class.In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from enrolling in classes at this institution.
