Spa Bergresort by Dorint

Ein sehr schönes und angenehmes Spa, welches zwar offiziell zum Dorint Hotel gehört, jedoch auch von externen (Urlaubern) gebucht und genutzt werden kann.Eine Vielzahl an Anwendungen steht zur Auswahl bereit und wird durch erstklassiges Personal umgesetzt.Dazu alles online buchbar und völlig entspannt.So wünscht man sich das.

A terrible experience.Chaos at check-in. Took very long, when we were at the room we noticed it was very hot. We tried to lower the heater temperature but it did not work. Called them 4 times, and 4 different staff members came to the phone. They did not know anything about it they said, eventually someone came and they told us to either change rooms or technical staff would come here. We did not wanna change rooms since we just arrived so it was not fixed.The room did not have a sauna in it but it was as hot as the nicest Finnish sauna you can imagine.Even worse was the 200€ deposit we had to pay and they promised it we would get it back 1 day after checkout. Its been 5 days and you guessed it, no money.They promised us compensation for this rampage.During checkout we did not get the deposit back, and no compensation.Terrible experience.
