Sixt location de voitures

They can easily ruin your trip if you ordered to pick up your rental car on Sunday because they just have decided not to open the desk, nobody could help you.

We have booked and paid a car rental. We arrived to the Luxembourg airport and the office is closed. We called several times for support, but the ridiculous answer is that the office should be opened. But it is not. Nobody give us more support.

exceptionally good service. competent staff. When returning a vehicle, one person was a bit unfriendly and a bit suspicious during the inspection of the car. i don't appreciate that at all, because i am a customer of many years and felt like i was in school and as if a teacher was reprimanding me. next time i will hand in the key again to the nice people at the counter. My grade is still 1.0 or 5 stars,Un service exceptionnel. Un personnel compétent. Lors de la restitution d'un véhicule, une personne s'est montrée un peu désagréable lors de l'inspection de la voiture et un peu méfiante. Je n'apprécie pas du tout ce genre de choses, car je suis un client de longue date et j'ai eu l'impression d'être à l'école et d'être réprimandé par un professeur. La prochaine fois, je remettrai la clé aux gentilles personnes au guichet. Ma note est tout de même de 1,0 ou 5 étoiles,

Temps attente un peu long à la réception. La conseillère ne pas indiquée le bonne emplacement pour la voiture , apart ces petits points noir , tout c’est bien passé nous avons fait bon voyage avec une belle petite BMW très confortable !

Sixt depends who is running the agency if it is good or bad. This one is horrible. Had already several times the occasion to arrive at an empty counter. If you are not in time or you flight is delayed? Forget about it, they just leave. No consideration for the customer at all. Not sure why? Why bother to have a rental counter at all at an airport. You know flights can delay. Useless rental agency.

What I like with Sixt is that you usually get very nice cars. Service quality is excellent and the staff is very professional and friendly (service quality had decreased during the Covid years but it is back up to high standards). It would be nice if Sixt made it possible to pick up and return a car through the app (at times waiting at the service desk can take a long time)

Mis-selling the service, representative did not disclose all information. Unfair refuel service fees reach to 120 Euro to refuel the car with 45 euro !! They did not reply to your complaint with sufficient information and they are always late to reply. It was a real bad experience and i do not trust SIXT anymore

Fuyez cette agence !! Service clientèle inexistant !!! Ne répondent JAMAIS au téléphone ni aux emails même lorsqu'il n'y a pas de client au comptoir !! !! Aucune valeur ajoutée ni renseignement sur placeLa politique de prix est opaque et aléatoire, c'est une arnaque ! vous vous retrouvez à payer deux fois la somme en pensant bénéficier de la meilleure offre prépayée, sans remboursement possible !!!
