I've seen this office for a few thongs, on both the German and American side. They are far from the most impressive Air Force legal office I've seen. In fact, they're just shy of average, but they do offer the standard line up of services, which is useful.My chief complaint is that it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone here.

The staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They respond to emails with reasonable time frames. Phone calls are hit or miss.

Called the phone and got a long recording basically instructing potential clients to e-mail them and they will get back to you. Well, it has been over 2 months with over 5 e-mail sent and not response yet. .

Twice I’ve been in this month and the man instructing everyone to scan in is extremely unprofessional and rude. I watched him speak very hatefully to people both times…never necessary.
