Near is S bahn (200 m) and Dusseldorf is half an hour by S bahm, by foot is hour and half (walking by the river is quite nice), and half an hour walk to Neuss (Small but with every thing you Could need)A little local store 50 m away. Only thing that might be a down side for some people, is a train tracks are very close and the trains are sometimes noisy, but if you are ok with it for very resonable price of this place, than this is a place for you. In apartment I was in, there was a Small fridge with Small Owen, so do not bring a lot of food that requires low temperatures.
