Thrifty Rent a Car

I rented a van from Thrifty and i had a confirmation email. When I came to the shop in Essen to pickup they had just rented the car to someone else, but saying the person wanted for a longer period of time.No alternative offered.My reservation was scheduled for 12pm and I arrived at the location 20 minutes earlier to be sure there was enough time to do paperwork before the shop closed.
