Ich besitze ein Profilux 4 Mega set + Kh Director Set + einen Doser 2.1. Große Verbindungsprobleme kurz vor meinem Urlaub.Unterstützende Hilfe kennt man bei GHL scheinbar nicht.Mehrfach habe ich darum gebeten mich zurückzurufen weil GHL telefonisch grundsätzlich nicht erreichbar ist.Ein Rückruf wurde mir regelrecht verweigert.Ich habe extreme Kaufreue bzgl. der GHL Produkte.

After a big disaster happened to my aquarium last year due to a frozen controller (popular US brand) I replaced everything with GHL products. Doser, controller, LEDs, KH Director. Yes, I spent quite some bucks, but safety has a price. I couldn't be happier, never looked back. Since then everything is working rock solid and I have way more options to customize the equipment for my aquarium. Only downside: Had some difficulties at the beginning because GHL has a different concept, after you got used to it you really appreciate it. All problems were solved in a reasonable time with their support. Thumbs up!

Cut them some slack !I always get a response to my inquiries via email. in fact I find the support rather good, they are knowledgeable and friendly. I suppose, since the release of the IOND they seem overwhelmed with support inquiries and neither would I want to sit all day on the phone either answering questions to which the answer is in the respective manual
