no one spoke English at security (spoke to 5ppl) though told them several times that I don't speak German, they didn't even try.small, crowded terminal with no place to sit.opened up a space with seats, let everybody in and then emptied it in 3 minutes.dirty toilet.

This airport is less busy compare to Frankfurt airport, so immigration queue is tolerable, but very less English speaking staffs. If you know German then well and good otherwise it will be difficult. Very less amount of luggage trollies are available so if you landed in a busy time when lo of flights landed then you might not get trolley. I had a situation where I booked the assistance for older passenger but in the airport they are having shortage of staffs so I had to support the wheelchair passenger. They need to improve these situations as an International airport.

260523Beim Hinflug einchecken war schon Caos, nur 2 Schalter offen, jetzt um kuez vor 24:00 angekommen stehen wir schon 1h und warten auf. Die Koffer, Toiletten dreckich, stimken…die sollten sich dass mal auf Gran Canaria ansehen , komisch da war man erstaunt wie gut und sauber alles ging! Schade Düsseldorf

Deutschland ist einfach ein Entwicklungsland! In Dubai waren die Taschen nach der Passkontrolle schon auf dem Band, hier man wartet bei der Passkontrolle 30 Minuten und kommt zum Gepäckband und es ist immer noch nichts da! Man muss weitere 45 Minuten warten bis die erste Tasche rollt!
