What a lovely & helpful staff! So rare in Berlin.

The worst customer service ever! They call their customer service concierge service but it’s far from that! One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and its still not solved!

Danke aber nein Danke.Die Produkte sind maximal Mittelwertig und das Geld nicht wert. Eine Handtasche die defekt ist wurde vom Kundenservice nicht zurückgenommen, weil die keine Garantie auf deren Produkte anbieten ;) lustig für ein Unternehmen was damit wirbt nachhaltig mit Top Materialien zu sein. Naja wird ein Never again store für mich!

I visited and purchased from this boutique while on vacation summer of 2021. It was my first in person introduction to the brand, I'd previously only purchased Anine Bing online. I was so excited to discover it in Berlin!I had a great experience and even received a restaurant recommendation for the night that we really enjoyed!I visited the San Francisco location a couple of months ago that seemed to have more of the line than Berlin did but please note, I visited Berlin over a year ago, Anine has grown her brand significantly since that time so it's make sense that San Francisco would have more simply based on timing.I hope to visit and shop again this summer and I hope the experience hasn't deteriorated but has only gotten even better!Hope to see you again soon!

Der Beste Laden Berlins mit den absolut nettesten Mitarbeiterinnen! So hilfsbereit und geduldig und Sie geben die besten Styling Tipps! Das habe ich bisher in keinem anderen Laden erlebt. Ich fühle mich immer willkommen. Macht weiter so Mädels, ihr seid toll!
