Orchids Deluxe

Out of 4 plants all booming size , 1 arrived with all roots rotten and much smaller than a blooming size, 1 it was a very small pseudo bulb with no roots, and the other 2 are the right size but arrived in questionable conditions with yellow leaves and very dehydrated. This is my second order and I was very disappointed as I was very satisfied with my first order (all plants arrived in optimal conditions and aligned with what I purchased)

The plants arrived in excellent condition! Even though the plants were initially lost during their shipment to Greece (because of DHL), orchidsdeluxe team reshipped the order with no additional costs. Alesia was super helpful and I really thank her for that!! Keep up the good work guys!

Have ordered from them multiple times, each time plants arrived in good condition. I only lost one of the plants (fusarium, it happens). I really like their large assortment of Vandas. Only problem I've had is that gmail places their customer service mail in the spam box.

Shop to avoid ! - The 1st package they sent was lost but then they have waited more 1 month before replacing my lost plants - Then they put the responsibility on DHL to justify to not send at home but in a parcel shop - that was dishonest because I've paid more expensive price for delivery at home while deliveries within Parcel shops are less expensive ! And for ending, I've paid 70€ for a big mature plant, but instead I received a ridiculously small plant !!!

Ordered one Phalaenopsis blooming size and 2 rhynchostylus seedlings, repotted them a week after they arrived and I already see a flower bud comming in the phal.I was not very pleased with the styrofoom bloks used as substrate for the seedlings, it was difficult to loosen the roots without damaging them, I hope they settle wel in their new bark substrate!

I ordered 5 plants. 4 of them arrived in excellent conditions, and were of great quality. The 5th plant, which was list as last plant available, arrived in terrible conditions: no viable roots (except for those in the keiki), one pseudobulb separated from the rest of the plant (after comparing pictures exchange with the nursery, a 5th pseudobulb was supposed to be in the plant, but didn't arrive. Probably fell off during tansport). Unfortunately, I realized all this after reporting the plant, and after contacting the seller, I was reminded that reporting the plant invalidated my right for refund or exchange. Therefore, I clearly recommend to carefully check your plants at arrival and before reporting! Also, it seems that the term Adult" (to describe a plant) doesn't mean "Flowering size" for this seller. Really do not recommend this store. made two large orders with a difference of a year. the plants take root very poorly, those that I bought a year ago seem to come in good condition but nothing has been growing for a year now - neither leaves, nor roots. I don’t even say that they don’t even bloom. I don’t know in what conditions they grow there, but the adaptation of plants from this store is terrible. another question is their service. Despite the bad experience with the first package, which was for 6 plants, a year later I decided to give myself a gift and purchase several valuable and rare plants. I contacted a store employee and asked if I could get photos of the plants I’m buying. I was confirmed that I can. After receiving photos of excellent plants, I booked them, I made an order for 11 orchids. spending over 300 pounds. What was my surprise when, upon receipt, it turned out to correspond with photographs of only those plants that they had in a single copy, other plants were sent to me much worse than I confirmed in the photographs. if there were 5 leaves on a plant, I received only 3, one plant had gorgeous green leaves and growing roots - I received with damaged, underdeveloped leaves with black rotten roots, if I made a remark that the vanda has few roots, I received with even fewer roots . cattleya Maxima, flowering size, came 10 cm high! Photos were taken in this way, with the direct intention of deceiving the buyer. When asked why this happened, they answered me very rudely that they were not obligated to send any photos at all! accordingly, I left a negative review in their store. after confirmation, information was displayed that before the review appears it will pass a check with the store owners. after a while I tried to go to the store to see my reviews appeared. What was my amazement that they not only canceled my account but also blocked my IP, I can not go to their site. I don’t know how legal this is, but now you can see how you can trust the reviews in this store. It was not necessary to do so much effort, I definitely will never buy in this store in my life. I forgot to add that those orchids that I received in the second order, now, 5 months after, also have a very difficult adaptation. I buy everywhere in the greenhouses of Europe, but what happens in this greenhouse and how they grow them there is a big question for me.

Plants send after about 10 days. Shipment to poland took only 3 days. Plants arrived healthy and very well packed. I'm really happy to find here a plant I was lookin for very long time.
