I am very happy about the services what I have received from this Bank branch. I am very impressed about the support provided by Bank representatives. I was there couple of times and every time I and my family was treated well.I have particularly positive experience on the bank consultation with Frau Bug. Frau Bug has given me right advice on my interested financial topics. I had a lot of questions that Frau Bug was able to address and answer them clearly & patiently to ensure I understood completely in order to make the best decisions. I was very hesitant to open an account with Sparkasse for documentation and appointment hassle. But trust me the wait was worth it, they take time for appointment but then they make you feel like a privileged customer to them unlike the banking system back in our hometown. Rosalie Bug explained everything with utmost patience and cleared each and every doubt. Pretty much impressed with this branch of Sparkasse.

Sehr kompetente und freundliche Betreuung. Ich bin als langjähriger Kunde sehr zufrieden. Auch ausreichende Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Unkomplizierter zuverlässiger persönlicher Kontakt.. auch über Telefon und Email möglich. Schön, dass die Sparkasse noch über ein großes Filialnetz verfügt und man den Luxus persönlicher kompetenter Kundenberater hat und nicht nur anonyme Callcenter. Ein Service, der auch mal ein paar Cent kosten darf.

Best service EVER! Many years using Sparkasse services including insurances. Their representatives are always helpful and always provide full info on everything. I feel safe with them.
