Yes the making and delivery takes some time but its worth the wait. When you talk to the owners and hear what they do for quality control its no wonder why it takes some time.

Edit: 08/11/20Finally received my item, its a bit smaller than measurements provided and the custom design I received was underwhelming. Im bumping my review up to 3 stars because communication increased and the seller informed me of their current situation and the impact of COVID19. Overall, my significant other is happy with the item. It took just over 2 months from time of purchase to item on my doorstep.First time customer: I ordered a custom toy for my significant other on 06/06/20 and inquired about expected delivery date. They had informed me that it would be towards the end of June beginning of July. We are more than halfway through July with 3 emails to Organotoy and a pending" status on my order. Organotoy has not returned my emails and I still don't have my product. Had the company responded to inform me that they are still curing the product or had to do a repour

Mittlerweile habe ich viele Produkte von organotoy. Die Qualität ist wirklich toll. Da jedes Produkt genau nach den Kundenwünschen gestaltet wird, dauert es manchmal etwas mit der Lieferung, aber das Warten lohnt sich. Sonst kann man auch einfach via Instagram schreiben. Da wird mega fix geantwortet.

Klein aber Oho. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinen kleinen Kugeln. Sie sind etwas flexibel was das einführen sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die grünen leuchten sogar im dunklen.10/10 empfehle ich weiter.
