Wie kann man so leckeres Essen machen? Sehr, sehr lecker. Kimchi Suppe ist mein Favorit.

Das Inlay für die Suppe, sucht man sich selbst aus. Hier muss man drauf achten, dass die Schüssel a) nicht zu voll ist und b) nicht zu schwer ist, denn es wird nach Gewicht bezahlt. Selbstbedienung ist angesagt! Es gibt leider zu wenige Restaurants dieser Art in Darmstadt. Ich ziehe nur Sterne ab, weil das Lokal wirklich sehr voll war und entgegen der Corona-Bestimmungen keine 1,5 m Abstand zu halten möglich war.

What a special restaurant here in Darmstadt. You have a huge diversity of products that you can put in a bowl, which is weighted and prepared afterwards. Moreover you can choose the seasoning (soup) and everything is served in a stylish bowl. The restaurant is quite small and fully filled between 6pm and 9pm. That’s why the atmosphere is not that good. Nevertheless the concept is outstanding and you can really try new ingredients. The prices are higher compared to other restaurants in the city.

The food is tasty and the staff is friendly. You can select from a varied range of items for the maratang. We had the light spice (leichter scharf) dish which itself felt spicy for an Indian guy. They also have standard topping options and boil the food real quick. Recommended for trying Chinese cuisine. M

Ich liebe dieses Restaurant, Nuddeln und Beilagen kann man selbst aussuchen und die Suppen sind sehr lecker! Das Personal ist normal aber man sollte nicht Abends oder gegen Mittag ohne Reservierung kommen, es ist immer randvoll :D

Would not suggest if you’re a vegetarian but for a non vegetarian it’s like heaven . The service was fine , but fast . The quantity was huge and customisation was the only way to choose dishes , it is good as a restaurant and have a cute little ambiance.
