I can’t comment on the actual services here, but I can comment on how difficult it has been to try to get ahold of this place. I was hoping to get private tutoring lessons for my wife in French. (And if that went well, possibly German in another month or two. Not to mention a colleague of mine was also interested in possibly starting here if it went well for my wife.) After calling multiple times over two weeks and leaving two messages, I’ve heard absolutely nothing, which I find quite unprofessional. I fully understand that there are times where it is difficult or impossible to answer calls (whether it be holidays or a busy period at the center). However, the professional thing to do is to make sure that the website, email, and voicemail reflect that, so that you don’t frustrate or lose possible future clients.
