We were in Marktoberdorf in April 2017 (visiting from Canada) and went for a bite to eat. Our son, 11 months old at the time, took a spill at the restaurant and squared his tooth. The tooth was knocked loose and there was a ton of blood and obviously some scared parents as we didn't know what to do with a loose baby tooth. We happened to be around the corner from Dr. Greising's office and quickly ran over as she was closing in a matter of minutes.Dr. Greising did not hesitate to help us immediately as my wife rushed in with blood all over her shirt and beaten up looking baby. She took the time to assess the situation. To figure out what were the best steps to take to help us out and even phoned around to other dentist offices to get some advice on what should be done. In the end the tooth was removed. All of our fears were allayed and the Dr and her staff spent an extra hour after closing to help us and our baby out.We are forever grateful for the amazing help and care that Dr. Greising and her staff provided to us. If I was a German living in the region I would most definitely use this office as my dentist. We went back the next day to bring some bottles of wine as a thank you but the office closed at noon. At this point this is the best we can do. Thanks for everything! You and your staff are amazing.
