I live in the US and needed to send flowers for a guest staying at Melia Hotel over Valentine’s day. I had little knowledge on how best to do this. I called and they were so accommodating and reasonable priced. I sent the a picture of what I was hoping for and they were able to make a similar arrangement that I loved even better than the picture I provided! They spoke very good English and when I inquired about adding Dark Sea Salt Chocolate, they went out of there way to pick this addition up. I was provided pictures for me ahead of time and everything was delivered on the confirmed day! I HIGHLY recommend this flower shop! Thank you, Fleurs Klopp. The recipient loved them!

Recently, I had a somewhat disappointing experience when making an online purchase from another country for delivery in the city of Luxembourg. Unfortunately, the website in question proved to be confusing, and despite sending two emails to the address indicated on the confirmation email, I did not receive any response. Furthermore, the flowers were delivered on the scheduled day, but in the afternoon instead of the agreed-upon morning time. To make matters worse, the accompanying card contained only half of my message while the complete message is showed in the confirmation email.Despite these setbacks, I must admit that the received flower arrangement was beautiful, although not quite as stunning as depicted in the website's photo.Overall, while I may not rule out the possibility of recommending the local florist and giving them another chance, I have to emphasize that my online purchasing experience was unsatisfactory, and I do not intend to repeat it in the future.
