Vor 7 Tagen wurden mir 2 Backenzähne entfernt.Top Arbeit . Keinerlei Probleme beim einheilen.Sehr nette Angestellte.Zähne würden schnell und schmerzlos entfernt .

Ich war dort sehr zufrieden mit meiner Zahn OP. Freundliches Personal die einen gut bestreuen. Ich hatte keinerlei Probleme und würde jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.

Nobody speaks English which is ok to understand, I managed with my basic german knowledge. I was supposed to have a tooth extraction but my student insurance does not cover it upfront so I must get their approval first or do it at my own expense, which I won't of course because it costs 350€. The Dr asked me to get the approval from my insurance, transfer the money in advance and afterwards set an appointment to do the surgery, then I must go again to remove the stitches. They gave me a costing plan after waiting forever in the attendance room for the rude assistant who wasn't kind at all to me, and I went home. They literally did nothing at all to me, the first dentist did the whole job by treating my wisdom tooth and transferred me to this surgeon who did nothing else than giving me a cost estimation plan for the surgery. When I went home I decided not to do the surgery because I have exams and Christmas was near. 1) I don't want to stay at home with stitches and painkillers, 2) I'm afraid of surgeries, 3) I wasn't comfortable in this clinic especially with the assistant, and 4) I don't want to get in touch with my insurance and ask them for treatment coverage fearing that they might refuse it because they only cover urgent tooth cases, and since my tooth was not hurting anymore due to the first dentist's treatment, I didn't call to set an appointment for the surgery and decided not to proceed. After 2 months, I was surprised to receive to my mailbox a bill of 45€ full of rubbish costs, after literally doing nothing but telling me about the surgery and to transfer the money in advance in order to set an appointment. The first dentist who treated my tooth pain, prescribed antibiotics, and also got me a second check-up only charged me 28€ in total which I paid from my own pocket. And this dentist charges me 45€ just because I refuse to do the surgery? It is not fair at all! I wish my German was better to call them and say this in their face! I am a student with financial problems and they obviously take advantage of foreign students who cannot stand up for themselves. And I know the insurace will not pay it because they deduct 50€ from each treatment and this is less than 50€ so I have to bear it fully. Run away!

Also bei mir musste dringend ein Zahn entfernt werden wodurch ich leichte Schmerzen verspürte.Mir wurde Donnerstags gesagt ich könnte Montag früh kommen, ob es gemacht wird ist unsicher.Der Arzt lies ein Röntgenbild anfertigen und sagte ich kann vorne einen Termin vereinbaren.Das ist für mich keine hilfreiche Option, zumal ich am Zahn leichte Schmerzen verspürte.So geht man insbesondere nicht mit Schmerzpatienten um.Dann wurden mir Igelleistungen angeboten wenn die Behandlung gemacht wird, was alles für mich keinen Sinn ergabDas habe ich nicht getan, stattdessen habe ich wie vereinbart am Freitag am Telefon heute Dr, Eckstein aufgesucht.Mir wurde dort geraten wenn der andere Arzt heute nicht behandelt, soll ich in die Praxis von Dr.Eckstein kommen.Dort wurde ich heute auch behandelt und bin sehr zufrieden.Von a nderen Patienten hatte ich sehr gutes von Dr.Eckstein gehört.Es ist wieder ein großer Unterschied zwischen 2 Ärzten festzustellen, so etwas darf sich nicht ereignen.

Sehr professionell. Das ganze Team sehr Nett . Der Arzt ist einfach genial. Dir spritzen habe ich gar nicht gemerkt. Man wird dort auch perfekt beraten.

Meine komplette Familie war da schön in Behandlung und hatte Op’s .Freundliches Personal, die einen gut betreuen. Super kompetente Ärzte. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.
