Cannot fault the service that we got from DarekWent on the Auschwitz/Birkenau tour - Picked up from hotel and taken to tour bus - Then tour bus to Auschwitz/Birkenau.Tour Guide was excellent and what really helped was that we got headphones in with the price so we could hear clearly what was said - Then back on the tour bus to Krakow and another taxi back to our hotelExcellent 5 Stars

We found Darek's company accidently looking for a Kantor which we knew had good rates. They are a tourist information point and gave us good impartail advice on many aspects of Krakow.After chatting with Darek booked all our trips. Prices were good. Drivers were on time, ,friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.Zakopane was a private tour with Darek. Hotel pickup. We did all the activities on offer with others such as cheese tasting, beautiful churches and a good lunch. He had great knowledge of the area. But we went up Kasprowry Wierch which is a mountain reached by 2 cable cars instead of Gubalowka hill. It was a fantastic day and a great memory. Thankyou for making our Krakow trip fantastic.

This small information office could not have been more helpful, the young lady was charming and very knowledgable of the city and surrounding areas. We also booked a taxi for the airport which arrived on time and again was very convenient pleasant. Both spoke excellent English. Could not recommend them enough.

Couldn’t fault this company. Booked the Salt mine & thermal bath tours. Both days we were picked up on time and both drivers Ben & Darek were very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend and would use this company again.
