I have bought a Range Rover 2019 I was communicating via email and phone with mr. Lousch, he was cooperative very well before buying, we agreed on price and I have asked him to arrange the shipping and I asked him to cover the car seats before shipping, and make it ready for shipping, I assumed that I’m dealing with high standards dealer ( premium cars ) who are treating the costumers in a respects and transparency but unfortunately, after transfer the money to premium cars account I found difficulty to communicate with the dealerand it was supposed to be zero mileage car , I received my car wit the following defects :1. Missing the tv remote control2. Exterior driver mirror scratched3. Odometer was 95kmI tried to communicate with the dealership but no response.This is not acceptable I paid what they asked for the car and I deserve to get what I’m supposed to get .after sale service is much more important than before sale service
