Unfortunately, our experience has also been extremely disappointing. Since the beginning of our contract (30% more expensive than our prior management company), the responsible parties for managing our rental apartments have been either on vacation or sick or lacking the necessary competence to perform their job. Multiple requests to speak to the manager / company boss have been ignored. Look elsewhere.

I have no experience with the construction side of the D&T Projektmanagement business but I do have experience with the property management side of the business. I rent a house that they are under contract to manage. When I call and ask to speak to someone regarding the house I am renting they tell me there is no one I can speak with. In parallel, they confirm that they are still responsible for managing the property. It is a little comical and disappointingly very unprofessional. I presume they are not under contractual obligation to manage the rental property.
