Auf dem Weg zum Gate spontan eine Uhr gekauft. Netter Service und sehr schnell. Große Auswahl im Vergleich zu den Swatch Läden an anderen Flughäfen.

Replaced my watch battery, no problem

Habe bei Sandor die ein oder andere Uhr im Swatch Store am BER gekauft und habe mich zum Einen super wohl und zum Anderen sehr sehr kompetent beraten gefühlt. Ich komme euch auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen. Danke nochmals und ganz liebe Grüße, J.P.

I had a great customer experience at the shop thanks to Sandor. The service was very customer-oriented, patient and will make sure you will leave with a smile and a purchase you won't regret after you get advised based on your preferences. I had recommendations on the straps of my older Swatch - which I have now kept - and bought a new one during my following BER visit.

Just two words: Terrible service (more info down below)!Back some weeks ago, I strumbled across this little section of watches. Firstly trying to make myself a clear image of their stock, a relativlely short and old employe came right up to me, started really harshely to sell me an over 1,500€ expensive watch.Eventough I strictly insisted on leaving me alone, he would not stop. Not only did he over and over try to sell me an - in my opinion - overpriced watch, but he also very much insisted on rating him online.Besides all that he was hardly to understand, due to an lack of english.So here I am rating this perticular salesman: Terrible experience, never going there agian, can not reccomend.
