This place is conveniently located in the basement of Karstadt Galeria. Right next to the grocery store. It offers shoe repair and they can make keys for you. This is what I needed - a copy of one of my keys. Took about 10 minutes and the cost was 9€. Very easy and fast, totally recommend!
